If you paid by credit card your refund will be processed the following business day, after we receive your return. Once the refund has been initiated the refund will take up to 5 business days from the time you receive the receipt indicating the request has been made to refund your card. If you paid by Cash on Delivery once we receive the items back, we will re-issue you a money order in your name for the amount paid minus shipping and handling costs. If you paid by Bitcoin we will refund you the amount minus shipping costs, if the item was shipped, if not then a full refund will be issued.
